Red Horse Bait Shop – A Warsaw Landmark

Before the Outdoor Living Center came to be, the buiding was headquarters for a bait shop. For years you could buy all kinds of fishing tackle and bait at the Red Horse. You could get anything from a hunting and fishing license to an ice fishing shanty.

Before the Red Horse Bait Shop, was the Mobile gas station. That was back when gas was 32 cents and you could get your windshield washed and oil checked while the other attendant filled your tank with Ethyl. The building has been here since 1933.
